门座起重机自动装配技术的研究与应用

Research on Auto-assembling Techniques of Gantry Crane

为了解决手工数字组装所面临的困难,应用Layout技术实现了门座起重机的自动装配。并通过骨架模型的应用,进一步提高了门座起重机的装配效率,有利于开发过程中变形设计技术和并行化作业方式的应用。

In order to resolve the difficulty in traditional hand-worked gantry crane digital assembly, this paper introduces the realization of auto-assembly of gantry crane based on Pro/E Layout. Furthermore, by collaborating with the skeleton techniques,the auto-assembling process can be more effective ,as it can support the variant design and concurrent design better.
