摘要
以龙门起重机为例,介绍了运用APDL语言编写参数化建模及受力分析宏文件并得出起重机各部分等效应力的方法。该方法表明,运用APDL进行优化设计避免了大量的重复有限元建模和前后处理操作,明显提高了产品的设计效率。
Taking the gantry crane as example, this paper introduces the way of parametric modeling and macro file compiling for calculating the equivalent stress of the crane by use of APDL. The results indicate that the method of optimization design with APDL can avoid a great amount of modeling with FEM as well as preprocess and postprocess repeatedly,and can highly improve the design efficiency.
