摘要
针对某型号电动铲运机桥壳强度计算的工程问题,利用面向特征的建模方法,建立了桥壳的三维几何模型和有限元分析模型,得出了有限元分析结果;并通过与简化的强度计算方法进行比较,说明了有限元计算方法在工程分析中的可靠性以及它具有的明显优势。
In view of a certain type of electric forklift drive axle housing strength,using the feature-oriented modeling method,the paper established the drive axle housing 3D geometric model and finite element analysis model,and obtained the results of finite element analysis. Comparing with a simplified method for calculating the strength,it shows that the finite element method is reliable in the engineering analysis and has greater advantages.
