摘要 故障模式影响分析(Failure Mode Effect Analysis,FMEA)和事件序列图(Event Sequence Diagram,ESD)是分析系统故障因果关系的两种常用技术,在分别独立应用时,既有各自的优点,也存在着一定的缺陷和不足,主要体现为:FMEA不能展示故障模式到故障后果的推演过程;ESD模型的合理性很大程度上取决于初始事件的确定,而该方法本身不能实现这一功能。本文综合FMEA与ESD的优点,阐述了复杂动态系统FMEA与ESD综合分析的思路,对现有FMEA进行了一定的改进,并进一步分析计算机辅助FMEA和ESD综合方法建模的原理和实现技术。 This paper aims to introduce our newly renovated synthetic computer-aided analysis approach to the integration of the FMEA and ESD methods by joining the respective advantages of the two each. As is known, computer aided modeling can promote the application of the synthetic analysis approach to FMEA & ESD. To promote the integration, this paper first of all explored the basic principles and ways on how to carry out the modeling. Although the two methods are quite common and basic in analyzing the causes of failure and gain reputation for being reliable in analyzing the failure events, they still have their own disadvantages if they are used separately. The reason is that FMEA is by nature a qualitative analysis method, whose main disad- vantage lies in that it cannot display the process of the failure model and the following after maths figuratively. Contrary to FMEA, ESD is essentially a visualized method for describing the sequences of the related events, which allows the operator to see the general description through the Event Tree. Though it is a powerful tool for description of the failure chain, it is impossible for ESD to display the rationality of model and the cause-and effect chain of the events. Therefore, if the initiating events are urtreasonable, ESD model wouldn't be enough to depict the entire trouble. That is to say, the model is too enormous for ESD to analyze. In fact, the ESD can't reduce the initiating events by itself. On the contrary, it would be fortunate for FMEA to serve as an effective method of gaining the initiating events. What' s more, the failure models can now be categorized into necessary sorts qualitatively.
