2007年3—4月国内安全事故统计分析

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from March to April in 2007

统计了2007年3—4月国内发生的各种安全事故399起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故。统计表明,在这些事故中,交通事故最多,占43.61%,其次是其他事故(30.58%)、矿业事故(15.29)、爆炸事故(5.51%)、火灾(3.01%)、毒物泄露和中毒(2.01%)。399起事故共死亡1389人,伤1732人,死亡人数的百分比分别为交通事故49.82%、矿业事故24.33%、其他事故18.57%、爆炸事故3.38%、火灾2.52%、泄露中毒1.37%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故50.58%、泄露中毒29.79%、矿业事故8.66%、其他事故5.72%、爆炸事故3.23%、火灾2.02%。

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from March to April in 2007. There are 399 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories ： mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 399 acci- dents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 15.29%, 43.61% , 5.51%, 2.01% , 3.01% , and 30.58% respectively. The total casual~ is 1 389 and the percentages for the six categories are 24.33%, 49,82%, 3.38%, 1.37%, 2.52%, and 18.57% respectively. The number of the wounded is 1 732 and the percentages for the six categories are 8.66%, 50.58%, 3.23%, 29.79%, 2.02%, and 5.72% re- spectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top five provinces and cities with the highest accident number are： Guizhou （34 accidents ）, Guangdong （ 24 ）, Shaanxi （ 23 ）, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region（23）, and Jiangsu（22）. The top five provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are： Shanxi （119 dead）, Shaanxi（99）, Liaoning（91）, Guizhou（83）, and Henan（83）. And the top five provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are： Guizhou（507 wounded）, Guangdong（114）, Chongqing（103）, Shaanxi（99）, and Shanxi（94） .
