摘要
"本体论"原是哲学研究中发展出来的一个概念。近年来,本体论的研究和应用受到了知识工程及相关应用领域的广泛关注。文章对目前本体论的研究和应用现状进行了综述,主要内容包括:本体的定义、本体工程、本体应用领域和本体应用研究,最后指出了未来本体研究的主要方向。
“Ontology” is a concept developed in the study of philosophy. In recent years, the research and application of ontology is concerned by the extensive application of knowledge engineering. This paper reviewsthe research and application of ontology on the current status, main contents include：Ontology definition,Ontology projects,Ontology applications domain and Ontology applied research. Finally, this paper points out the main research directions of Ontology.
