医院信息系统应急方案的研究——以山西省人民医院为例

医院作为社会公众利益和服务的一个部门,有许多重要的信息需要共享和存储,病毒侵入和自然灾害都会对信息系统的安全带来一定的隐患,因此,医院应急方案的制定和研究具有重要的现实意义。通常情况下,从技术和管理两个方面来着手是信息系统建设的主要路径。研究表明从数据级、数据库级、操作系统级、全系统级四个不同角度来进行,不仅具有理论上的可行性,也有实际建设的可操作性。

As a public benefit and service department, the hospital needs to share and save many important data, but both viral invasion and natural disasters can bring a certain hidden danger to the security of information system, therefore, the research of hospital emergency plan has an extremely practical significance. Under common situation, management and technology are the main ways of information system construction. However this research indicates that it can be constructed from four different angles including the data level, the database level, the operating system level and the entire system level, which is not only feasible theoretically, but also operational.
