According to the status of quality, production and device management in petroleum enterprises, the systematic explanation is made about the integration and improvement of TPM and traditional quality management, production and device management, together with the management conception of ＂ four kinds of complete management＂ and ＂ four dimensions system closed-loop＂ in the construction of TPM. Then the beneficial practice and exploration have been carried out in improving the level of quality, production and device management in enterprises, constructing TPM model and operating it effectively.
