摘要
在流量计为主要计量器具的原油动态交接计量过程中,进口流量计因配套原因很难使重复性和允差都达到合格,本文实例分析了其原理,介绍了以空器差调节器替换原装器差调节器的机械方法,以及用流量计系数进行补偿实现零差量交接方法的流量计系数的确定和差量的计算模型。
In the process of crude dynamic transfer measurement in which the flow-meter is used as the main metering device, the imported flow-meter can hardly make repetition and allowable deviation qualified because of the matching. Based on the analysis of its principle through samples, an introduction is given to the mechanical method of replacing the original device deviation regulator by the empty device deviation regulator. Then the entire compensation of flow-meter factor is used to determine the flow-meter factor of zero deviation transfer method and the calculating model of deviation.
