Foreign Armed Forces’ Practice in Equipment Support Outsourcing and Its Enlightenment to Our Army

在社会主义市场经济条件下，如何进一步改进我军装备保障体系，以更好地适应信息化条件下高技术局部战争的需要，是当前亟待解决的一个重要课题。对外军装备保障外包实践活动进行介绍和分析，借鉴外军在装备保障外包方面的经验，并立足我国国情和我军特点，得出我军装备保障外包理论与实践方面的启示。

Under the condition of market economics, it is an urgent subject to improve the PLA＇s equipment support system to adapt to the need of information hi-tech regional war. The paper introduces and analyzes the foreign armed forces＇ practice in equipment support outsourcing. Finally, considering the characteristic of our country and armed force, we get some enlightenment based on the experience of foreign armed forces in this area.
