摘要
装备紧急采购对于赢得现代战争胜利具有重要作用。分析了我军目前装备紧急采购的基本情况和美军装备紧急采购的主要做法，提出了建立装备紧急采购机制要坚持平战结合，自上而下逐步规范，加强软件和硬件条件建设等建议。
Equipment emergency procurement is very important to win the war nowadays. Basic conditions about equipment emergency procurement of PLA and main method in USA are analyzed in the paper. A series of suggestion to equipment emergency procurement are made, such as insist on the policy of peacetime-wartime union, gradually standard emergency procurement mechanism from top to bottom,reinforce hardware and software build, and etc.
