摘要
“作战响立空间”（operationally responsive space，ORS）是美军军事转型期间非常重要的指导思想。介绍了“作战响应空间”的概念，阐述了美军为发展作战响应空间所采取的措施，提出了该指导思想对我军航天装备建设的启示。
‘ Operationally responsive space＇（ORS） is an important guidelines for U. S. forces transforming. The paper introduces the concept of operationally responsive space, then discusses the measures that will be taken by U. S. forces. Finally, the paper gives out some inspirations and suggestions which may be useful to construct our space system.
