Research on the Minimal Takeoff Mass of Solid Missile

摘要 在已知多级固体导弹结构参数及药柱参数条件下,根据导弹载荷质量及主动段末速度,推导了导弹起飞质量模型,分析了各级燃烧室压强、喷管出口压强及药柱的相对长度对最小起飞质量的影响,最后对此质量模型所确定的最小起飞质量所能达到的主动段末速度进行了飞行仿真验证。结果表明,增大燃烧室压强、减小喷管出口压强及增大药柱相对长度可以减小最小起飞质量,且该最小起飞质量可以达到主动段末速度要求值。 On the condition of solid missile's structure parameter and grain parameter having been given, the model of missile's takeoff mass has been derived basing on the payload and the terminal velocity of boost phase. The impact of combustion chamber's pressure, nozzle exit's pressure and grain's relative length on minimal takeoff mass has been analyzed using this mass model. The boost phase terminal velocity of the missile basing on the minimal takeoff mass have been calculated using flight simulation. The results show that the minimal takeoff mass would be reduced with increasing combustion chamber's pressure, grain's relative length and reducing nozzle exit's pressure, the desired boost phase terminal velocity is also satisfied using the minimal takeoff mass.
