硫化镉纳米材料经呼吸道染毒在大鼠体内的蓄积 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察经呼吸道染毒硫化镉常规材料和硫化镉纳米材料在大鼠体内的蓄积。方法随机将60只雄性Wistar大鼠分为三组,阴性对照组、硫化镉常规材料组和硫化镉纳米材料组。每组20只,普通饲料喂养。阴性对照组气管注入0.9%无菌生理盐水,1ml/只;硫化镉常规材料组气管注入15mg/ml的硫化镉常规材料混悬液,1ml/只;硫化镉纳米材料组气管注入15mg/ml的硫化镉纳米材料混悬液,1ml/只。每组均1周给药2次,第一批连续给药15d,第二批连续给药45d。用原子吸收分光光度法检测各组大鼠肺、肝、肾、睾丸组织中镉的蓄积含量。结果染毒15d的硫化镉常规材料组中的肝组织镉蓄积含量大于硫化镉纳米材料组中的肝组织;其他组织比较差异均无统计学意义;染毒45d硫化镉常规材料组中的肺、肾、肝、睾丸组织镉蓄积含量大于硫化镉纳米材料组。染毒15d的硫化镉常规材料组中的肺、肝、肾及睾丸组织中镉的蓄积含量与染毒45d硫化镉常规材料组比较镉蓄积随着染毒时间的延长而增加。结论镉在大鼠体内有蓄积,经呼吸道染毒硫化镉纳米材料和硫化镉常规材料的大鼠染毒时间越长,肺、肝、肾及睾丸组织中镉的蓄积含量就越高;染毒45d后大鼠器官中硫化镉常规材料组比硫化镉纳米材料组中镉的蓄积量高。
