摘要 采用基于时均Navier-Stokes方程和高雷诺数k-ε紊流模型,对某一型号空气滤清器入口部分进行了流动计算,并根据计算结果对压力、速度特性进行了分析,提出了改进模型。通过对改进后模型的计算,可以看出内部流场和流速的分布都得到了改善,证明改进后的结构更符合气体流动特性。 Based on Navier-Stokes equation and k-ε turbulence model, the flow field of the inlet of one kind of air-filter was calculated. According to the results, pressure, velocity characteristics were analyzed. The inlet structure of air-filter was improved. It is proved that the improved air-filter has a better match in internal flow and velocity distribution than the old air filter.
