基于进化计算的薄板冷连轧轧制规程优化系统设计与应用

摘要 轧制规程是轧钢生产的核心内容,一套好的轧制规程可以使轧钢生产稳定顺行,减少生产事故的发生,降低生产能耗,以最低的成本发挥最大的经济效益。为了得到更优的轧制规程,本文采用一些快速高效的基于进化计算的智能优化方法,用VC++6.0开发了轧制规程优化系统。本系统操作简便,优化快速,优化结果可以为轧钢生产提供一定的参考。 Rolling rules are core content of steel rolling, appropriate rolling rules make the steel rolling manufacture more stable, reduce the occurrence of production accident and the consumption of energy, produce the best economic benefit with the lowest cost. In order to obtain better rolling rules, by some quick and high efficient intellective optimization arithmetic based on evolutional computation, the paper developed the rolling rules optimization system with VC++6.0, in which the operation is simple, the optimization is fast.
