摘要
由于影响加工精度的因素较多,目前尚难以建立加工精度动态损失的精确数学模型。针对精度损失实验系统,以一套角位移传递变化的实验系统为例,通过BP神经网络和RBF神经网络方法建立精度损失模型,并根据模型预测了未来精度损失规律。
There are a lot of factors influencing the precision of machining, so it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model of dynamic loss of manufacturing accuracy. In this paper, taking an experiment system which based on the change of angle displacement as example, the precision loss model was built by applying modem mathematical methods with BP neural network and RBF neural network, and the law of the precision loss in future was predicted according to the model.
