摘要
针对高精度贴片机视觉系统的功能要求,对单臂式贴片机视觉系统的工作流程进行了研究,并据此设计其功能结构和硬件排布,提出了一种适用于单臂式贴片机的光路成像系统。最后,搭建了贴片机视觉系统实验平台并对本文设计的光路成像系统进行的实验验证,结果证明此新型视觉成像系统可以满足高精度贴片机的对成像系统可控性及成像精度的要求。
According to the requirements of functions for high precision surface mounting machine, this paper designs the working flow of vision system in the one-ann surface mounting machine, presents the research on system structures, hardware arrangement, and imaging optical path, and designs an imaging system for the one-ann surface mounting machine. Finally, an experimental vision system is established based on the discussions in the paper and an experiment has been conducted to simulate the working conditions of surface mounting machine. The result shows that the vision imaging system can satisfy the requirements of system controllability and imaging precision.
