摘要
介绍了由西门子PLC和变频器组成的牙轮钻机的调速系统。采用基于RS485接口的USS协议实现PLC与变频器的串行通信控制,独到之处在于使用了变频器的正转/反转功能而不需要专门的回转装置,为牙轮钻机的控制提供了一个低成本、高性能的方案。
This paper introduces gear wheel drill speed system which composed of Siemens PLC and Siemens inverter. USS Protocol is used in the serial communication between PLC and inverter based on RS485 interface. The advantage of this system is that the speed regulation is accomplished without using a specialized rotary device. It is using the inverter ' s Clockwise and inversion function. Thereby a scheme for controlling the gear wheel drill with low cost but high performance is provided.
