摘要
针对榴弹多型号、变批量的特点,基于SmarTeam数据模型,使用Visual C++6.0和Pro/Toolkit开发工具,提出了基于Pro/E二次开发的CNC系统。实现了通过SmarTeam对数控车、铣、钻、镗等加工方法的加工参数查询、经验查询及G代码的有效管理和使用。并以某弹体车削为例介绍了系统应用过程和运行结果。
Arming at the characteristics of shrapnel muhi-type and variable batch, developing tools Visual C＋＋ 6.0 and Pro/Toolkit are used, the CNC system based on SmarTeam Data Model is put forward. Effective management and utilization are carried out which are in the fields of the processing parameter inquiring, experience inquiring and G code of numerical control cutting, milling, drilling, boring and so on by SmarTeam, and then the process and results of the system is demonstrated by taking some shrapnel body cutting for example.
