摘要
针对汽车框架式车身大量采用异型管零件易于产生焊接变形的问题,从焊件设计、施焊工艺和机械矫正三个方面采取措施来严加控制,结果是保证了尺寸精度,达到了装配要求。
According to the problems that welding deformation are easily existing in the special shaped tube parts of automobile frame body, the deformation were strictly controlled from the design of welding pieces, welding technology and machinery correction etc. As a result, it has ensured that the dimension precislon to reach the assembly requirements.
