摘要
介绍了应用于高档轿车覆盖件拉深工艺的压力机拉伸部件——数控液压垫的结构、性能,并同传统的纯气式气垫进行了比较。数控液压垫在压力和位置上都具有很强的可控性,在薄板拉深中,可根据成形特点调节压边力,并可以进行位置控制,以适应自动化的需要。
The structure and performance of the drawing part of press,that is numerical control cushion,whfch is applied in the upscale passenger vehicle cover drawing craft,have been introduced comparing with traditional pure gas type air cushion.The numerical control hydraulic pad has the very strong controllability in the pressure and the position.In stretching of thin plate, pressure-pad-force can be adjusted according to the forming characteristics and position can be controlled ,which adapts to the requirement of the automation.
