Design of New Warm Forging Die for Half Axle Gears

摘要 运用有限元模拟软件对半轴齿轮的温精锻成形过程进行了数值模拟分析,对比分析了两种凸模及凹模结构形状对齿形成形的影响。设计了伞齿轮完全闭塞式锻造的模架,核心部位刚性锁模机构具有良好的闭模特性。根据铅试样模拟实验表明,模具装置工作顺畅,齿轮成形饱满。 Warm precision forging process of half axle gears has been simulated by FEM software DEFORM 3D with the influence of different male & female die on teeth filling analyzed. A typical die set for closed-die forging has been designed,of which the core rigid close-die mechanism has a good property.The test of Pb samples indicates that the die set works smoothly and gear teeth are filled fully.
