摘要
本文报道了不同盐度对褶皱臂尾轮虫存活及其休眠卵孵化的影响。采自低盐度(4‰)和较高盐度(20‰左右)水体中的褶皱臂尾轮虫休眠卵,在纯水和50‰的高盐度孵化液中都不能孵化,但在淡水和5—40‰盐度的孵化液中均有不同比例的孵化,其中以5‰盐度中的孵化率最高。采自20‰盐度的休眠卵在15‰盐度中孵化的幼轮虫在5—30‰盐度中,3小时内,其存活率均达90%以上,不必通过驯化,可直接投喂到不同盐度的育苗池。而采自4‰盐度的休眠卵5‰盐度孵化的幼轮虫,在25‰、30‰盐度中存活不到20分钟;4‰盐度的休眠卵,适当提高孵化液的盐度,在10‰盐度中孵化的幼轮虫,3小时内,在30‰盐度中存活率达80%。本实验主要在室内进行,并在庄河市观驾山水产养殖公司室外土池培养轮虫实践中获得成功。
This paper reports the effect of different levels of salinity on the survival for the rotifer and hatching of the resting eggs of B.plicatilis.The resting eggs be collected from low salinity(4‰)and higher salinity (20‰or so)water,not to be hatched in pure water and high salinity water (50‰),but can be hatched in freshwater and hatching water with the salinity of 5—40‰,in different percentage.The optimal salinity is 5‰. All of the survival rates of rotifer's larvaes,which,resting eggs collected from20‰ salinity were hatched under 15‰ salinity and cultured under the range of salinity for 5—30‰,were up to 90%in 3 hours.The larvaes can be fed to fry-culturing pond directly and needn't tame.though,the larvaes,which,resting eggs collected from 4‰ salinity,were hatched under 5‰ salinity,they can survived no more than 20 minutes under the salinity of 25‰,30‰.but,if the salinity was increased grudually,the survial rates of the larvaes,which hatched under 10‰ salinity,can be raised to 80% under 30‰ salinity in 3 hours. This experiment was done indoor mainly,and get success in outdoor earth pond,solved primarily the solution of taking low salinity resting eggs to culture rotifer as living food in 30‰ salinity water.
