仙人掌多糖中单糖组成的气相色谱分析 被引量:9

Analysis of Monosaccharide Composition of Polysaccharides in the Opuntia by Gas Chromatography

摘要 从仙人掌茎中提取多糖,并采用SuperdexTM200、SaphacrylS-100HR、Sephadex G-100凝胶柱层析法分离得到2个多糖组分(OPSⅠ和OPSⅡ),它们均为化学均一物质;用气相色谱法分析仙人掌多糖OPSⅠ和OPSⅡ的单糖组成,结果表明:OPSⅠ主要由鼠李糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成;OPSⅡ主要由岩藻糖、木糖和葡萄糖组成。 The polysaccharide in the opuntia stem was extracted and crude polysaccharide was isolated and purified through gel column chromatography with SuperdexTM200, SaphacrylS-100HR and Sephadex G-100. Two kinds of polysaccharides were obtained and two of them were single homogeneous material (OPS Ⅰ and OPS Ⅱ ) . Monosaccharide composition of OPS Ⅰ and OPS Ⅱ were analyzed by gas chromatography and the results indicated that OPS Ⅰ mainly consists of L- Rhamnose, D-Glucose, D-Galactose and OPS Ⅱ mainly consists of L-Rucose, D-Xylose and D-Glucose.
