Web-based Autonomous College English Learning from the Perspective of Constructivism Mode

Constructivism mode defies the traditional teaching and learning mode. Its theoretical foundation lies on the learner-centered study, pointing out that the study is the result of mental construction, which brings about the insights into web-based English learning. This paper expounds the significance of web to the learners＇ context, media, independence and collaboration.
