摘要
为研究沥青加铺水泥混凝土路面(PCC+AC)在板中、板角和板边作用荷载的最大应力及弯沉情况,对27个水泥混凝土路面模型进行了ANSYS有限元分析,并据板中最大应力和弯沉回归出板角和板边的计算公式.将沥青加铺混凝土复合板按抗弯刚度等效原理换算为单层板,然后把单层板的表面应力在复合板中进行二次分配,可求得混凝土板的最大弯沉和最大拉应力,算例证明回归公式与有限元结果吻合良好.
In order to research general rules of maximum deflection and stress in the edge, comer and center of concrete pavement slab with asphalt overlay, 27 concrete pavement models were analyzed by ANSYS program. According to center deflection and stress, the formulas of stress in edge and comer of concrete were regressed. The concrete slab and asphalt overlay were considered as single layer slab by equivalence principle of flexural rigidity, then the surface stress of single layer slab was redistributed in composite slab pavement. Thus the maximum tension stress of concrete slab can be obtained, and calculation example proved the regression formulas agreed well with finite element results.
