摘要
文章简述了试验模态分析的基本理论,针对某商务车白车身说明了模态试验模型的建立原则和测试系统的组建方法;对采集的数据进行了模态参数辨识,掌握了该白车身的结构动态特性;试验结果表明,测试系统组建满足精度要求,参数辨识结果有效可靠。
The basic theory of experimental modal analysis is introduced. The experiment model ot an MPV Body in White (BIW) is established and the method of constructing the testing system is described. By estimating the modal parameters based on collected data, the dynamic characteristics of this BIW structure are obtained. Testing results show that the system constructed meets the precision requirements, and that modal parameters are reliable. The analysis results are useful for the further analysis of sensitivity and dynamic modification.
