摘要
清洁发展机制(CDM)是《京都议定书》规定的三个基于市场的弹性机制之一。本文简述了CDM产生背景和CDM项目特征,并分析了CDM项目开发与实施过程中存在的各种风险及控制措施。
Clean development mechanism （CDM） is one of three mechanisms on greenhouse gases emission reduction under Kyoto Protocol. The present paper introduces the background of CDM and its Features, analyzes the ventures in the process of CDM projects development and implementation, and puts forwards some measures to minimize ventures.
