摘要
全文在对全市水资源分布、水质现状及污染源调查的基础上,通过选用适当的模型,测算出全市水环境容量;初步摸清了全市水环境容量总量及分布状况,并采用基尼系数法对全市各流域的水环境容量进行了合理的调整和分配。
Based on the investigation of water resources distribution, the present quality of water and the status of pollution, the article calculated the water environment capacity in Jiujiang by choosing proper model. By getting the total quantity of water environment capacity and its distribution status,it properly alloted and adjusted the water environment capacity for all the drainage area of Jiujiang by the method using the Gini coefficient.
