中部地区区域水环境管理问题探索

The Research on Management of the Central Region Aquatic Environment

中部地区水环境存在的水体污染、富营养化严重、水质恶化等问题已成为中部地区实现可持续发展战略过程中必须认真解决的重大问题。本文通过对水环境管理机制的探索,提出解决困扰中部地区社会经济发展水环境管理问题的措施。

In the central region , the problems such as water body pollution, eutrophication and aggravation of water quality has already become the significant problems during the process of strategy of sustainable development, which must be solved out. On the basis of the research on the mechanism of aquatic environment management , the measures to deal with the problems of the aquatic environment management which hinder social and economic development in the central region was presented in this paper.
