关于中小城市构建和谐社会进程中环境保护工作机制的研究

Study on the Mechanism of Environmental Protection during Building Harmonious Society in Small and Mid-Sized Cities

十六届六中全会作出了构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定,并对当前和今后一个时期构建社会主义和谐社会作出了部署。其中加强环境保护是构建和谐社会的重要措施。而对于各中小城市来说,如何实现环境保护与经济发展的双赢,构建人与自然的和谐,是基层环保工作的一个重点和难点。文章以鹰潭为例,对中小城市如何加强环境保护,构建和谐社会作了一些探讨。

Decision on some major issues of building harmonious society was put forward at the sixth plenum of the 16th CPC Central Committee. The plenum made the deployment for building a harmonious society for present time and future. Strengthening the environmental protection is one of the most important measures to build a harmonious society. However, how to achieve a win - win situation of environmental protection and economic development and how to build the harmony between human and nature are the key points and difficulties of grass roots environmental work in small and mid - sized cities. Taking example for Yingtan city, how to strengthen environmental protection and build a harmonious society in small and mid - sized cities were discussed in this paper.
