敌敌畏对蚯蚓的急性毒性试验

Acute toxicity of dichlorvos to earthworms

采用滤纸接触法和自然土壤法研究了有机磷农药敌敌畏对蚯蚓的急性毒性效应,结果显示,用滤纸接触法测得敌敌畏对蚯蚓的LD50为0.14g/L,自然土壤法测得敌敌畏对蚯蚓的LD50为1.11g/L,自然土壤法中敌敌畏对蚯蚓的毒性相对较低,原因可能是自然土壤中成分复杂,敌敌畏或其降解产物与其中某些成分结合,从而降低了敌敌畏的毒性所至。

The filter paper method and natural soil method were used to study the acute toxicity of organophosphorous dichlorvos to earthworms. The res,alts showed that the LD50 of dichlorvos to earthworms was 0.14g/L for contact filter paper test, 1.11g/L for natural soil test. The toxicity of dichlorvos to earthworms for natural soil test was relatively low. The reasons may be that natural soil had complex ingredients, dichlorvos and its degradation products combining with some components which lead to the reduction of dichlorvos toxicity.
