摘要
用聚乙二醇-6000在室内模拟干旱条件,对红掌离体叶片进行渗透胁迫,结果表明,随着胁迫程度的增强,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量均表现为上升趋势,重度胁迫时,三者含量提高最显著;叶片电导率及丙二醛(MDA)含量均随干旱胁迫强度的增加而增加。红掌在轻度、中度干旱胁迫下表现出一定的适应性,重度干旱胁迫下会受到一定伤害。
Polyethylene glycol-6000(PEG-6000) was used to conduct the experiment on osmotic stress to detached leaves of Anthunium andraenum Lind under the simulated drought conditions indoors. The results showed that with the increase of the stress level, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline tended to increase. Under severe stress, their contents had the most significant increase. The conductivity of leaves and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased with the increase of drought stress level. Anthunium andraenum Lind showed some adaptability under the mild and moderate drought stress, but it would cause some injury under severe drought stress.
