摘要
调查分析扶绥县订单农业的经营模式及其特点和存在问题,提出加强行政引导,规范订单农业,提高合同意识;完善法制建设,规范订单合同;发展优势产品,建立无公害农产品生产基地;加强流通队伍建设,促进农产品流通;培育和壮大龙头企业等发展对策,以带动扶绥县订单农业的发展,促进农业增产、农民增收。
The models of management of pre-planting order agriculture, its characteristics and the existing problems were investigated and analyzed. Some strategies were put forward to promote the development of preplanting order agriculture in Fusui County so to increase the yields in agriculture and income for farmers. The strategies include strengthening the administration guiding role, enhancing the awareness of contracts, perfecting the construction of institution, normalizing the order contracts, developing the dominant products, establishing pollution-free farms, strengthening the construction of circulation teams to promote the circulation of agri-products, developing leading enterprises etc.
