摘要
文章介绍了CWCTInject-Ⅰ型高温高压注水仪的硬件和软件结构、工作原理、测试条件和功能。该仪器可在模拟地层高温高压的条件下进行储层对注入水的各种敏感性评价实验,优选注水用各种添加剂及注入水配方,还能够完成其它入井流体(压裂液、钻井液、射孔液等)动、静态滤失所造成的岩心损害程度评价实验及其与储层配伍性实验等测量工作。大量科研和教学应用表明,该仪器具有可操作性强,自动化程度高、结构合理、精度高、测试结果准确等优点。
This paper introduces the primary principles,main technical characteristics and performances,hardware and software of CWCTInject-Ⅰ high-temperature high-pressure water flooding instrument.Under high temperature and high pressure,the instrument was used to do all kinds of sensitive experiments between formation and water flooding,and to select additives and the best formulas of water flooding.Furthermore it can also measure the formation damagement degree in dynamic and static conditions of borehole fluids,such as fracturing fluid,drilling fluid,perforating fluid and so on,and their compatibility in formation conditions.The instrument is applied to scientific research and teaching experiments broadly,the practices show that it is easy in operation,reasonable in design,better automatic level and good in testing results.
