摘要
文章提出了一种新型的油井多级机械找堵水工艺方法——内压控制法。该方法具有准确判断高含水油井的油水层,实现分层高效开采的特点。该工艺管柱由多级封隔器、防大修安全器、助解器、内压控制找水开关等组成,可一趟管柱完成自下而上、逐级按序实现油井找水、堵水作业,具有适应性强、换层施工方便、安全可靠、找水直观并能测得各地层压力、含水率、产能等资料,可实现6层逐级逐层找水、堵水作业,大大减少起下管柱次数,可长期工作于产油量高的油层。
A new kind of multilevel mechanical Water locating and plugging technique is put forward in this paper,that is the internal pressure control method.This technique can exactly estimate oil layer and water layer,which will achieve high efficiency separate layer production.The process pipeline consists of multilevel packer,anti-overhaul safety device,assistor,internal pressure control Water locating switch.Through the design of this pipe string,locating and plugging water from bottom to top by single trip operation is achieved.This technique has the characteristics of good adaptability,convenient layer changing operation,high security and reliability,intuitionistic locating water.At the same time,the data such as layer pressure,water cut,layer productivity will be tested.By the design of locating and plugging water on 6 layers one by one,the time of running and pulling pipe string greatly reduced,and long-term exploit high-production layer became available.
