慢性肾功能衰竭病人心理需求分析及干预策略

Analysis of the Psychological Requirements of the Patients with Chronic Renal Failure and Relevant Intervention Countermeasures

目的评估慢性肾功能衰竭住院病人的心理需求,探讨心理干预的对策。方法采用调查法和访谈法对106例慢性肾衰住院病人的心理需求进行调查分析。结果病人要求家属探视(82.1%)和希望早日出院(74.5%)2项心理需求最为突出。不同文化程度,不同年龄阶段病人的心理需求存在差异。结论对慢性肾功能衰竭的病人,要根据不同的心理需求制定有针对性的心理护理措施,给予相应的心理干预。

[ Objective] To investigate the psychological requirements of the patients with chronic renal failure and explore the coun- termeasures for psychological intervention. [ Methods] Questionnaires and interviews were made on the psychological requirements of 106 patients with chronic renal failure. [ Results] The two most prominent requirements were family visit （81.8% } and early dis- charge from hospital （74.5%） ; the psychological requirements differed between patients with different ages and educational back-ground. [ Conclusion] Different psychological nursing measures and intervention should be taken for the patients with chronic renal failure according to different psychological requirements.
