摘要
目的探讨藻酸双酯钠(PSS)注射液对椎动脉型颈椎病患者血流动力学的影响及其疗效。方法将169例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为2组:对照组以镇静、对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上以PSS注射液100 mg加生理盐水静滴,每日1次,连用14 d。观察治疗前后椎动脉的血流参数和血液流变学指标。结果治疗结束后治疗组的全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇、纤维蛋白原、椎动脉内径、椎动脉血流参数均有显著性改善(P<0.05或0.001),而对照组上述指标无明显改善(P<0.05)。结论椎动脉缺血与高血脂和血黏度升高有一定的关系,而舒张血管、降血脂和血黏度,可改善椎动脉的血流动力学异常,PSS可缓解椎动脉型颈椎病患者的病情。
Objective It is to investigate the effects of polysaccharide sulfate(PSS) injection on hemodynamics in patients with cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type. Methods 169 cases were divided randomly into 2 groups, control group were given symptomatic and sedative treatment, Treatment group was added with 100 mg Inj. PSS by iv, drip once a day and for 14 days on the treatment above, Before and after treatment, blood flow parameters and hemodynamics indexes of vertebral artery were observed, Results After 14 days in the treatment group, the indexes such as the blood flood parameters, TG, TCH and blood viscosity were improved significantly( P〈 0,05 or 0.01, In the control group, these indexes weren't been significantly improved ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The study shows that insufficiency in the blood supply of vertebral artery associates with hyperlipidemia and blood viscosity increasing. Inj. PSS can reduce lipid, improve hemorrheology and blood flow dynamics in vertebral artery, so it can relieve pain of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy.
