中西医结合治疗便秘型肠易激综合征疗效观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨中西医结合治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。方法将便秘型IBS患者随机分为2组,治疗组45例口服中药和替加色罗2个月,对照组39例口服替加色罗2个月。结果近期治愈率治疗组与对照组分别为60%与26%(P<0.01),总有效率分别为93%与66%(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗便秘型IBS疗效好。
