外周血细胞表面CD_(83)和CD_(86)分子的表达与老年肺癌患者存活的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解在外周血DC细胞表面CD83、CD86分子的表达与老年肺癌肿瘤患者存活的关系。方法收集确诊为肺癌的老年患者外周血20例,用流式细胞仪检测DC表型CD83、CD86,随访1年,将死亡的老年患者和存活的患者分组对照,用统计学处理。结果随访该组患者12个月中死亡12例,存活8例。CD83和CD86在老年存活组与死亡组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论老年肺癌患者的死亡可能与CD83和CD86表型表达下降有关,尤其是CD83的表达下降与肺癌患者的死亡关系较为密切。 Objective To study the relationship of the expression levels of peripheral blood CD83 and CD86 and survival of old patients with lung cancer. Methods Clinical data of 20 cases of peripheral blood in old patients with lung cancer were examined on the expression levels of CDs3, CD 86 using FCM. The cases were divided into groups: death, live and the healthy controls ( n = 8 ). Results The expression levels of CD83 and CD86 between live and dead group were significantly different. Conclusion The dead patients with lung cancer had lower expression levels of CD83 and CD86 than those living patients. The lower expression levels of CD83 may be associated with death of old patients with lung cancer.
