2002年及2006年我院痰铜绿假单胞菌的药敏变迁

The analysis of sensitivity to antibiotics of P (Pseudomonas) aeruginosa of sputum in 2002 and 2006

目的分析我院2002年及2006年铜绿假单胞菌药物敏感性的动态变迁。方法采用全自动微生物分析仪进行菌株鉴定及药物敏感性测试。对比分析前后两年的药敏变化。结果收集到我院痰培养出铜绿假单胞菌的70例和134例,前后两年的药敏呈现逐渐下降的趋势。结论铜绿假单胞菌临床耐药率呈增加趋势,在临床工作中加强对药物选择的管理。

Objective To investigate the dynamics of sensitivity to antibiotics of the P. aeruginosa separated from sputum of patients in our hospital in 2002 and 2006. Methods The characteriztion and sensitivity to antibiotics of P. aeruginosa were analysed using MicroScan WalkAway-40system. The analysis of sensitivity to antibiotics of P（Pseudomonas） aeruginosa between two years. Results 70 and 134 strains of P. aeruginosa were separated and characterized in 2002 and 2006, respectively. The sensitivity showed dropping tendency between two years. The sensitivity of Carbapenems droped slightly, but remaining higher sensitivity. Conclusion The results suggested that the trend of resistance of P. aeruginosa to antibiotics is increasing. It is necessary to reinforce the management of choise of drugs in clinic.
