摘要
硒是生命活动所必需的微量元素。硒与心脏病的联系始于二十世纪六七十年代。当时，在我国黑龙江省克山县流行一种奇怪的心脏病（克山病），病人以心力衰竭和突然死亡为主要表现，迁出该地区的病人病情明显缓解或痊愈。研究发现，硒缺乏是该病的主要原因，通过补硒能使克山病得到控制。从此，硒作为一个神奇的微量元素走进了大众的视野。
