摘要
企业中人力资源的管理作为一个复杂系统,在市场经济的推动下越来越受到人们的关注。优秀员工作为企业发展的主体会给企业带来效益,但越来越高的员工流失率成为企业家最担心的问题之一。运用博弈论知识分析了在不完全信息和完全信息两种条件下企业员工流失的原因和应采取的策略,并利用动力学方法定性研究了演化博弈均衡的稳定性。

And then the stability of evolutionary stable strategy is studied using dynamic method.
