摘要
进气管真空度为发动机控制提供了便捷的动力源,但同时带来系统结构复杂,故障诊断难度大等问题。通过帕萨特1.8T和宝来1.6L发动机真空控制系统的对比,对涡轮增压控制、曲轴箱通风系统、燃油蒸汽回收装置、制动助力系统的控制策略进行了系统的阐述,通过实验给出了排气旁通系统各工况的临界转速。
The vacuum in air inlet pipe is the convenient and rapid driving force source provided by engine, but at the same time it bring about the problem that the system structure is complicated , and malfunction diagnose is difficult. By contrasting BORA1.6 L to Pasatel. 8 T, the control tactics of the pressure boost control system, crankcase ventilation system, fuel steam reclaim system and braking power-assistance system are systematic expounded , the critical speed of the working conditions in exhausting bypass system is given by experiments.
