建设我国北方安全优质农产品生产基地面临的机遇和挑战

Opportunity and Challenge of Building the Production Base for Safe and High Quality Agricultural Products in North China

东北地区作为我国最重要的农业基地，目前迫切的任务是要用国际一流的模式完善农产品安全生产体系，用现代的理论和技术装备食品安全科技与管理队伍。本文根据东北地区发展优质安全农产品的优势与成果及东北地区优质安全农产品开发中存在的问题，提出了建设高标准绿色食品原料生产基地和优质安全农产品加工龙头企业，开拓国内外市场，加大科技推广和技术创新力度，保护和改善生态环境和加强绿色农产品质量安全保障体系建设等建议。

The northeast region of China is an important agricultural base. At present, the main tasks are to perfect the safe production system by using international top-ranking model, and equip the technology and management workers for the food safety by using modern theory and techniques. Based on the superiority and problems existing in the development and exploitation of safe and high quality agricultural products in Northeast China, we suggest to build high standard production bases for green food raw materials, and top companies for agricultural product processing in order to exploit domestic and oversea markets to increase spreading and innovation of science and technology, to protect and improve environment, to increase green agricultural product quality, and to improve safe guarantee system.
