In recent years, human being has been continuing to plunder from the nature, which caused environmental deterioration and resources crisis. Developing organic food is an effective and sustainable measure to solve these problems. This paper reviewed the development of organic food, in order to increase the attention to the harmonious development between human being and the nature.
