辽西风沙半干旱区农业持续综合发展技术体系研究

Sustainable Agricultural Development and Synthetical Technology Systems in Windy, Sandy and Semi Arid Regions in Northwest Laoning

辽西风沙半干旱区光热资源充足、土地资源丰富，但自然降水馈乏、资金短缺和劳动力素质低下。针对本区特点，开展了以提高自然降水生产潜力为核心的种植业高产栽培技术体系，以提高饲养效益为核心的农牧结合技术体系和“两高一优”持续农业技术体系等方面的研究，提出了确定适宜品种，最佳播期、科学经济施肥、保证合理密度和伏前深度中耕等五项玉米高产栽培技术措施，确定了玉米在本区的主栽作物地位。在畜牧业方面，通过牛羊品种改良，秸秆转化饲料，高效饲养技术等研究，提出了独具特色的风沙半干旱地区农牧结合型的高效畜牧业技术体系。围绕“两高一优”农业持续发展的思路，以大农业结构调整为基础，建立了“两高一优”持续农业技术体系。

The windy, sandy and semi arid regions of northwest Laoning are typical representative of dry regions in north China, where light and heat are adequate, land resources are rich, natural precipitation is deficient, fund is insufficient, and quality of labors is poor. In order to develope continously and synthetically the agriculture of the region, the technological systems of high yield cultivation were studied, which focused on increasing utilization efficiency of natural precipitation, the agrotechnical systems combining agriculture with stock raising were studied , which aimed at the increase feeding benefit, and the agrotechnical systems of high yield, high benefit and good qua lity were studied also. Five technical measures of increaseing maize yield were put forward, i.e. appropriate variety and optimum sowing time, scientific and economical fertilizer aplication, rational close planting and deep inter cultivation before dog days. The major crop in the region was maize. As for the animal husbandry, the studies were made on upgrading neat and sheep,transformation of stalk into forage, and high benefit feeding techniques. Technical systems of high efficiency with the combination of agriculture with animal husbandry were raised. Centering on the trend of “two high and one good” agriculture and based on adjustment of the agricultural structure, the sustainable agrotechnical systems were formed,the application of which resulted in a remarkable benefit on ecosystem, society and economy.
