轧辊用高C、V量Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W高速钢的断裂特性、K_1C及机械性能 被引量:3

摘要 考察了不同C、V含量Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W合金在不同回火处理时的K1C、冲击韧性、弯曲强度、压缩强度、硬度。结果表明,这类合金具有优良的机械性能和K1C值,各性能指标均高于高铬铸铁。随C量增加,K1C、冲击韧性、弯曲强度明显下降,压缩强度呈相同趋势但不明显;V量增加各性能增加。回火温度升高,弯曲强度、压缩强度下降,K1C值、冲击韧性升高;回火次数增加,弯曲强度下降,K1C值、冲击韧性升高,压缩强度几乎不变。材料的断裂属脆性断裂,C低时为解理断裂和微孔聚合共同作用的准解理断裂,C高时为解理断裂。为新开发的轧辊采用高C、V含量的Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W高速钢提供了基础数据。 In order to supply some basic data for a new type of high carbon HSS(High speed steel) roller, the K 1C value, bending strength, and compressive strength are investigated. The experimental results show that the K 1C value of the new HSS roller are increased from 40 percent up to even 200 percent as compared to the high Cr gray cast. The K 1C value and bending strength decrease as the carbon content in the new HSS is increased. The compressive strength shows almost the same trend. As the V content increases, all the mechanical properties are improved. The K 1C value is also increased with an increase of tempering temperatures, and bending strength, however, tends to decrease. Two modes of brittle fractures are observed depending upon the carbon content in the new HSS roller. When the carbon content is high, the fracture is mainly cleavage. Quasi cleavage , cleavage fracture are observed when the carbon content is low.
