摘要
在研制和使用流量-压力控制监测仪的前提下,深化了氧乙炔焰喷焊工艺参数的可控性和稳定性的试验研究,进一步确定了喷焊工艺参数与结合强度和喷敷质量的相关关系,并通过S195曲轴轴颈喷焊强化辅以滚压措施的实践试验,为喷焊工艺的推广提出了新的方法。
Under the condition of having made and used the flow rate and pressure controlling instrument, the controllability and stability of oxygen acetylene spraying welding technology are further studied. The paper defines the relation among technology parameters, interfacial strength and quality. The results and theory analysis are identical.
